Tuition FAQs

  • Can I set up autopay?

    Yes! Zelle and MyMusicStaff both have autopay options. Please view the MyMusicStaff tutorial above. You can also schedule monthly payments on Venmo.

  • When is tuition due?

    Tuition is due by the first of each month and is a consistent, flat rate. Tuition is considered late after the 10th, and a late fee is incurred. Students receive an invoice to their email a week in advance.

  • Which payment options do you accept?

    I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check and Card. You can pay by card through the MyMusicStaff portal. Please note there is an addition of a 3% credit card processing fee along with tuition.

  • What is my portal login?

    Your email is the one you and I use to communicate. The password is sent to your email, but please let me know if you need that. You can also click “Forgot Password” to set up a new one.

  • What does tuition cover?

    Tuition covers weekly lessons (44 per year) and recital fees (2 per year).

  • Is tuition ever refunded?

    When monthly tuition is paid, it holds the student’s appointment day and time for the whole month. When a student cancels a lesson they may be eligible for a make up lesson credit, but no refunds will be issued.
